In Paso Robles, a cool spring and mild summer temperatures extended the growing season in 2020. The longer hang time for the grapes on the vine allowed the fruit to evenly develop, resulting in a rich color and more complex flavors. With a strong backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon, a small dose of Malbec was blended in to soften the wine with delicate fruit flavors.

This juicy cabernet sauvignon holds a deep purple hue in the glass. Floral aromas of violets fill the nose along with notes of bay leaf and cigar box. The palate is bold with flavors of juicy blackberry, black currant, and a welcomed density. This full-bodied wine has a long, slightly dry finish.
